Star Light Home Health is seeking an LPN to conduct home health visits to our Medicare and Veteran patients. Home Health Medicare experience is a plus.

We have part time and PRN positions available depending your availability.
Looking for an LPN to conduct medication management visits in Montrose, CO.
We also have need for an LPN for Ouray, Ridgway, Delta and Cedaredge. If you are willing to travel or
if you would like a designated territory, we can assign patients to you in your specific area.

We pay hourly for all training, orientation and meetings and a generous visit rate that includes travel time and mileage. We pay $45 hr/ visit. We also pay a surcharge for out of area if you travel outside your designated territory.

We can build you a full time case load if desired depending on your willingness to travel. We need committed staff to treat our patients at home for great outcomes.

• LPN with 2 years experience as an LPN
• Active License in Colorado in good standing
