Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 Annually

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for pediatric patients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and establish measurable goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, developmental, and functional challenges.
  • Complete re-evaluations and update plans of care as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), as applicable.
  • Educate families on home programs and strategies to support ongoing progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards 

Qualifications:
  • Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with pediatric clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
