Responsibilities

• Provide highquality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves
• Consult with clients and recommend services
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Stay current on grooming trends and techniques
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Recommend and sell retail products
• Handle payments accurately

Requirements

• Active PA cosmetology or barber license
• Experience with mens cutting and styling
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and teamfocused mindset
• Comfortable using professional tools safely
• Passion for learning and growing in the industry
