Location: Grapevine, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, No nights or weekends

Position Overview: The physician assistant will work alongside our orthopedic surgeon to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients. This role includes both clinic responsibilities and minor procedures in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric orthopedic conditions.
- Perform physical exams and develop treatment plans.
- Assist with procedures (casting, splinting, injections, fracture care, reductions, etc.).
- Interpret imaging (xrays and MRI's).
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR.
- Collaborate closely with physician and clinical staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification as a PA-C.
- Active or eligible for state licensure.
- Orthopedic experience preferred (pediatric experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and comfort working with children and families.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications (Not Required):
- Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or pediatrics.
- Familiarity with EHR systems.
