FIRE SYSTEMS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
A rapidly growing fire protection organization is expanding in the Houston market and actively seeking an experienced Fire Systems Construction Manager to join the team.
- $99K–$133K Base + Bonus Potential.
- Vehicle Allowance + Gas Card + Toll Tag.
- Relocation Assistance Available.
- Houston Area | No Travel.
This is NOT a sit-behind-the-desk role. They want someone who knows how to:
- Run sprinkler construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage schedules, budgets, subs & customer relationships.
- Lead in fast-paced field environments.
- Handle change orders & problem-solving confidently.
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years in fire sprinkler construction.
- PM, Superintendent, or Field Leadership experience.
- Strong communication & customer-facing skills.
- Procore experience is a huge plus.
