What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional service experience 
  • Write repair orders clearly and accurately 
  • Communicate recommended services, pricing, and timelines 
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs 
  • Update customers throughout the service process 
  • Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Handle warranty, recall, and customer-pay service documentation 
  • Maintain a clean, organized service drive and workspace 
  • Build long-term customer relationships through trust and transparency 

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role preferred 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear, friendly way 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record 
  • Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS is a plus
