HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Manchester and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want access to leads, client inquiries, hands-on training, and real support to grow their business in a market fueled by strong demand and MA-to-NH relocation buyers.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
Responsibilities:
- Work with buyer and seller leads.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Manage incoming inquiries and convert opportunities.
- Market and list residential properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Manchester / Southern NH market (preferred).
- New and experienced agents welcome.
