Job Description
Beaver County Association for the Blind is hiring a part-time Support Service Aide/Driver to assist blind and visually impaired individuals throughout Beaver County. Duties include transportation to appointments, help with shopping and errands, and support at agency events. Candidates must be comfortable working with adults and children with disabilities and have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and the ability to meet agency insurance requirements. Background clearances and certifications are required upon hire. Must know the county well and be able to travel to Pittsburgh and other locations as needed. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with occasional weekends. Hours: 15-25 per week.
