About this job
Job Description
Momentum Behavior Services is practitioner-built and led by people who understand ABA because they’ve done the work. We’re locally rooted, clinically focused, and serious about doing things the right way: with ethics, compliance, and quality care guiding how we grow. You won’t feel like a number here. You’ll have leaders who understand the realities of being a BCBA, systems that help you stay organized, and a team that knows your name and trusts your clinical judgment.
This full-time hybrid BCBA role is based in Byron, MN, with hours Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You’ll spend 3 days in clinic and 2 days working from home each week, giving you time for both hands-on clinical leadership and focused planning, documentation, supervision, and follow-up. You’ll support a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients, build meaningful relationships with families and staff, and help drive progress you can actually see.
