The Opportunity

A dynamic and growing pain management practice in North Central Florida is seeking a skilled Interventional Pain Management Physician to join their outstanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary for the first 1-2 years, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. After the guarantee period compensation transitions to a production-based model - giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on patient volume and performance. You will split your time between two beautiful locations - 3 days per week in Gainesville and 2 days per week in Lake City - working alongside two experienced physicians and four mid-level providers in a collaborative and supportive environment. Compensation & Benefits

• Medial Branch Blocks
• Sacroiliac Joint Injections
• Spinal Cord Stimulation
• Discography
• Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty
• Medication Management
• Imaging interpretation - X-rays, CT scans, MRIs

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and consultations for patients with chronic pain conditions
• Perform a wide range of interventional procedures at two locations with dedicated procedure suites
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of two physicians and four mid-level providers
• Maintain an average patient volume of 24-25 patients per day
• Interpret and explain imaging results to identify conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
• Deliver personalized compassionate care focused on improving patients' quality of life

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine - required
• ACGME accredited fellowship in Pain Management - required
• PMR or Anesthesiology background - preferred
• New graduates welcome
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to compassionate patient centered care
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
