Job Description / Duties:
  • Primary Care/Chronic Disease diagnosis and management. Longitudinal care

Reason for opening (adding or replacing):
  • Growing population and need to expand access

Joining other providers? If so how many?
  • Working only side Primary Care physician in a Physician/APP team to manage a panel of patients assigned.

Days/hours/shifts/weekends/Call:
  • M-F 8-5pm/ no weekends/Call for Practice as a while 1-3 nights per month.

Locale/Locales practicing at:
  • Coachella Valley – Locations TBD

Comp Range:
  • $70-$75/hr

EMR:
  • NextGen

Patients a day:
  • 12-15

Full-time / Benefited:

  • $4K CME annually
  • Medical Covered for Employee
