Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with feeding and meal support as needed.
- Measure and document vital signs.
- Safely transfer and reposition residents.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity.
- Follow facility policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and healthcare staff to provide quality care.
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota CNA certification.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents throughout shifts.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
