Job Description

We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Care team!

Key Responsibilities:

Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
Follow client-specific Plans of Care and dietary guidelines.
Prepare and serve meals according to client needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Support client independence while ensuring safety.
Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
Perform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as needed.
Respond promptly and competently in emergency situations.
Notify supervisor of changes in client behavior or health.
Complete assigned client-specific duties and contribute to team efforts.
