We’re a busy, family-owned auto repair shop looking for an Automotive Technician who’s passionate, hardworking, and ready to grow with us. If you love what you do and want to be part of a supportive, tight-knit team, this is the place for you!
What You’ll Do:
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and quality-check vehicles based on customer concerns.
- Work on all major automotive systems—engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more.
- Test-drive vehicles and use professional diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Communicate clearly with our Service Advisor about vehicle needs and repair time estimates.
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately to state and factory standards.
- Perform Multi-Point Inspections on every vehicle.
- Keep your workspace neat, safe, and organized.
- Keep the team updated on any additional issues or changes in diagnosis.
What We’re Looking For:
- ASE Automotive Mechanic Certification(s)
- Virginia State Inspector license (preferred).
- Emissions Repair Technician certification (preferred).
- Clean, valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to grow.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
