• Dispatch work orders to service technicians daily and monitor their progress.
• Act as the primary bridge of communication between drivers, customers, sales reps, and supervisors.
• Audit completed driver routes, weight tickets, and work orders to ensure accuracy before billing.
• Leverage state of the art routing software to continuously optimize efficiency and capacity.
