The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team of service technicians effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality automotive services while maintaining operational efficiency within our dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Facility, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance on automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
- Ensure that all vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes and repairs, are performed to the highest standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and proper use of power tools.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies necessary for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with dealership management to develop strategies for improving service department performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an automotive service management role or similar position within a dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices, including the use of power tools and heavy lifting techniques.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and developing service technicians.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology or management preferred.
