  • Create repair orders and explain services clearly
  • Provide repair estimates and get customer approval
  • Upsell recommended maintenance and repairs
  • Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Shop Management:
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow.
  • Assign jobs to technicians.
  • Order parts and track inventory.
  • Monitor labor hours and productivity.
  • Ensure quality control before vehicle delivery.

Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare invoices and collect payments.
  • Work with insurance companies when needed.
  • Maintain service records and documentation.
  • Track daily/weekly sales and performance metrics.

Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic automotive knowledge.
  • Sales and negotiation ability.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Organization and multitasking.
  • Computer skills (shop management software).
