Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing, multi-specialty dental practice aligned with our core values.
- Create a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture.
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every touchpoint.
- Drive and consistently achieve production and collection goals.
- Train, coach, and develop staff and doctors to maximize performance.
- Oversee insurance processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with marketing and community outreach to increase patient flow.
- Maintain systems, structure, and accountability across the office.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of dental office experience.
- Previous experience managing a corporate dental office (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must speak Spanish.

Position Details:
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
