• Clinical Shift Schedule: Mon–Fri; 8a-5p

• Team Composition: 1 Physician and 2 APPs

• Specialty collaboration with Internal Medicine, Neurology, Orthopedics, and other specialties

• Supportive clinical and administrative staff

• No. of Beds: 61

• EMR: Cerner

• Active VT Medical License or willing to obtain

• BC/BE in Cardiology (If BE, graduation date must be provided)
