Maintenance Technician – Fort Myers, FL
Certified Apartment Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community in Fort Myers, Florida. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional with apartment maintenance experience who takes pride in providing excellent service to residents and maintaining community standards.
Position Responsibilities:
Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform general apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units
Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues throughout the property
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
Assist with grounds maintenance and community upkeep as needed
Participate in on-call rotations when required
Qualifications:
Previous multifamily apartment maintenance experience required
HVAC experience preferred
EPA Certification preferred
Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
Must have basic hand tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
