2nd and 3rd Shift Press Operators

Press Operator Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Belding, MI within the Fiberglass Electrical Enclosure industry.

2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm (Every other Saturday required) Pay: $23.00 an hour

• Operating press machines that cut, mold, and shape fiberglass materials

• Assembling and handling fiberglass electrical enclosures and components

• Following detailed work instructions and technical drawings

• Inspecting parts using basic measuring tools

• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and following all PPE requirements

• Working with small hand tools and performing light mechanical tasks

• Adapting to different machines and tasks as production needs change

• Meeting production goals with accuracy and attention to detail

• Completing paid orientation prior to start (2 hours)

• Training on 1st shift for the first 3 weeks, then transitioning to 2nd or 3rd shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Detail oriented and comfortable working with small tools

• Adaptable, trainable, and able to work on various machines

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment

• Must avoid attendance issues during the first 30 days

• GED or High School Diploma required for hire in
