Title: Director of Human Resources
Pay Rate: $62 - $71 /hr + Bonus Opportunity
Location: Irvine, CA (In-Office 4 Days/Week, 1 Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time, 3-5 month contract assignment

In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, oversee core people operations, ensure compliance, and support continued organizational growth. What You’ll Do:
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor HR team members, supporting development and performance
- Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Design and manage performance management systems and review processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, including employee handbook management
- Administer benefits programs and oversee compensation structures
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and workforce planning initiatives
- Track HR metrics and generate reports to guide leadership decision-making
- Promote employee wellness, workplace safety, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Drive process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and payroll software
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving business needs
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, HRCI, or similar
- Experience working in high-growth or dynamic organizational environments
- Demonstrated success leading training, development, and culture-building initiatives

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and helping keep warehouse operations organized and efficient.
This position will primarily focus on packing operations, box building, pallet breakdown, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Building boxes and preparing packing materials throughout the day

What We’re Looking For
• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
• Comfortable performing repetitive packing and box-building tasks throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay productive during the full shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed
