Machine Operator - Plastic Extrusion - 2ND Shift

We are looking for a Plastic Extrusion - Machine Operator located in the Everman area. Candidates must be comfortable working in a Non-Climate Controlled facility on 2nd Shift 4PM - 12 AM

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience operating and setting up machinery in a manufacturing plant required, operating extrusion equipment is a plus.
• Capable of reading and writing in English - A production report must be completed, in writing, throughout the shift.
• Ability to read a micrometer & tape measure.
• Understand/follow instructions on production orders and set-up equipment accordingly. Training on the specifics regarding the raw materials is provided.
• Must possess critical thinking and troubleshooting skills in order to make adjustments to the machinery
• Must work well with co-workers.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of the product meets company standards.
• Must possess basic computer skills to generate product labels.
• Must keep work area clean and organized during shift.
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses/earplugs)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
