Assembly Tech

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler for a growing manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on large assembly work in a fast-paced environment. HVAC and/or electrical experience is a big plus!

Shift:
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM + Overtime Available
Training will be completed on day shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies, circuits, instruments, and components
• Assemble large mechanical parts and equipment using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Identify product issues and recommend technical solutions
• Prepare accurate reports regarding product failures and serviceability trend
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Prior mechanical assembly experience required, preferably with large assemblies
• HVAC and/or electrical experience preferred
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
• Ability to work overtime as needed
