Project / Program Analyst – Supply Chain Initiatives
O'Fallon MO.
$41–$52/hour
6+ Month Contract (Strong Extension Potential)
If you enjoy bringing order to complex projects, collaborating across teams, and driving operational improvements that make a measurable impact, this is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class aerospace organization supporting global supply chain initiatives.
We're seeking a Project / Program Analyst to help lead and coordinate high-visibility programs focused on material flow, kitting, bin management, process improvement, and operational efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and project management, making it an ideal fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, building alignment, and keeping critical initiatives moving forward.
This is not a reporting-only project support position. You'll be actively involved in planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement efforts that directly support business performance, customer satisfaction, and operational success.
What You'll Be Doing
• Support global kitting and bin management initiatives that improve material availability, workflow efficiency, and operational performance
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and timelines across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, engineering, and leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support customer requests, proposals, and business cases by coordinating cost inputs and project requirements
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedules, performance, or deliverables
• Build strong collaborative relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and execution success
• Communicate project status, risks, and complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to initiatives focused on improving safety, quality, efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance
What Makes This Opportunity Different
• High-visibility projects with enterprise-level impact
• Opportunity to work across multiple business functions and leadership teams
• Meaningful involvement in operational transformation initiatives
• Exposure to large-scale supply chain and manufacturing operations
• Strong potential for contract extension
• Collaborative environment where your input and problem-solving skills are valued
What We're Looking For
• Strong communicator who can build relationships and influence across teams
• Organized professional who can manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• Analytical thinker who can identify risks and solve problems proactively
• Team-oriented collaborator who enjoys working in complex environments
• Someone who can balance project details with broader business objectives
Required Experience
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• 2+ years of project management or program management experience
• Experience working across complex cross-functional organizations
• Background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Operations, or related environments
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
Preferred Experience
• Aviation or aerospace industry experience
• SAP experience
• Process improvement, continuous improvement, or systems integration experience
• Experience supporting operational excellence initiatives
This is a strong opportunity for a project professional who enjoys working at the center of operations, planning, and execution while helping drive meaningful improvements across a global supply chain environment. If you're looking for a role where your work will be visible, impactful, and tied directly to business results, we'd love to speak with you.
