Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping create win-win outcomes? We're looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.
This is not a sales position. Instead of selling vehicles, you'll work directly with customers who already have appointments scheduled and are interested in selling their vehicle to our dealership. Your role is to guide them through the process, evaluate opportunities, help arrive at mutually beneficial purchase terms, and ensure a smooth and professional transaction from start to finish. No automotive sales experience is required. If you're confident communicating with people, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'll provide the training.
What You'll Do- Meet with customers through dealership-provided appointments.
- Build rapport and create a positive customer experience.
- Review vehicle information and assist customers through the appraisal and acquisition process.
- Help customers understand market value and dealership acquisition opportunities.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation for purchased vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication.
- Contribute to the growth of the dealership's pre-owned inventory.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to think on your feet and navigate conversations confidently.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
- No cold calling.
- No vehicle sales.
