We are seeking a full time Front Office Medical Assistant to join our team! As a Front Office Medical Assistant, you will be preparing for each patient visit by preparing charts, eligibility and pulling notes before their arrival, superbill preparation,  appointment scheduling. Must be able to multi task and assist multiple phone lines.  testing equipment, and cleaning instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working medical environment, and has previous office experience.
