Promo Footwear Developer

• The Promo Footwear Developer is responsible for leading the end-to-end creation of elite athlete custom footwear, partnering across the Client matrix to deliver product that meets exact performance, fit, and timing requirements.

The role operates at the intersection of:

• Athlete service
• Product creation
• Technical development
• Cross-functional execution
• Deliver high-performance, athlete-specific product that exceeds expectations and reflects Client Brand excellence.
• Leading product from concept through athlete delivery
• Translate design intent → production-ready execution
• Manage custom development workflows tied to athlete timelines (Sample Requests, etc.)
• Act as primary interface with overseas factories and partners

Ensure:

• Responsive issue resolution
• Drive adherence to Client development standards and best practices
