Warehouse Clerk (Temp to Hire) 

M-F 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded Warehouse Clerk to support our production and distribution team. This role is a mix of hands-on material handling, inventory verification, and forklift operation. Top Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a production or distribution environment.
• Forklift: Experience operating up to 3-ton forklifts (Certification preferred).
• Tech Skills: Good computer skills are a must for inventory tracking.
• Attendance: Regular, predictable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload trucks and tankers; safely move materials to storage or production areas by hand, hand truck, or forklift.
• Compare incoming shipments against receiving documents to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Assist with daily preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Cross-train and assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Physical Demands:

• Actively on your feet: Standing (90% of the day), walking (5%), and sitting (5%).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (approx. 10% of the workday).

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
