Pay Rates:

• AM Shift: $18.00/hr | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• PM Shift: $20.00/hr | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in the Syracuse area. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a production environment and are comfortable operating equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment during production runs
• Load materials into machines and remove finished products
• Verify product quality using measuring tools and inspection procedures
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues
• Make minor machine adjustments to help maintain efficient production
• Complete production records and accurately document operational data
• Follow production instructions and work procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
