Job Description

Our client in Plano, TX is growing and seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to support multiple medical office buildings in the Plano and Frisco areas. This hands-on role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality facility operations. The right person will have a minimum of five years of building maintenance or facilities experience and a strong working knowledge of commercial building systems. Requirements:

5 or more years of building maintenance or facilities experience
Strong working knowledge of commercial building systems
Trade certification or licensure is preferred
Proficient in MS Office and mobile work order systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders
Having a top-notch customer service mindset

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
