We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk for our distribution facility in Bath, PA. The Warehouse Clerk plays a key role within local warehouse operations by managing a combination of physical and clerical tasks associated with the flow of products in and out of the facility. This position serves as a core administrative anchor, managing documentation and coordinating closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless logistical workflows.

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Clerk

• Monitoring the local flow of materials and resources through standard operating procedures to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Performing data entry into company systems, processing return paperwork, and maintaining physical order files.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies, product damage, shortages, and overages.
• Updating internal support departments and communicating directly with external vendors, suppliers, and drivers.

Qualifications of a Warehouse Clerk

• 2+ years of warehouse customer service, coordinator, or related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Associates degree and 3PL/logistics experience preferred .
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and office technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset.
• Ability to safely handle basic administrative tasks and occasional light warehouse movement.
• Ability to lift or move up to 20lbs.
