This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and helping keep warehouse operations organized and efficient.\n\nThis position will primarily focus on packing operations, box building, pallet breakdown, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n• Building boxes and preparing packing materials throughout the day\n\n• Packing equipment and materials carefully to ensure safe shipment\n\n• Breaking down pallets and organizing materials in designated warehouse areas\n\n• Assisting with general warehouse organization and site cleanup\n\n• Supporting receiving and warehouse teams as needed\n\n• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment\n\n• Following warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred\n\n• Comfortable performing repetitive packing and box-building tasks throughout the day\n\n• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed\n\n• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay productive during the full shift\n\n• Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\n• Strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed\n\nThis is a great opportunity to join a growing warehouse team supporting the handling and preparation of equipment for shipment and redeployment.\n\n\n\nTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
