We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join a stable manufacturing team in Tampa. In this role, you will ensure that products and raw materials are accurately received, stored, and staged for the production floor. This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is paramount.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Material Handler is responsible for the flow of goods within the facility, from initial receipt to final staging.

- Inventory Control: Ensure all materials are consistently and clearly labeled. Maintain tidy shelving and storage areas.
- Cycle Counting: Perform accurate and detailed cycle counts. Research inaccuracies to verify if items were misplaced or if clerical errors occurred, ensuring inventory levels match the system.
- Production Support: Pick and stage jobs for the production floor. Communicate with the production coordinator to identify the correct jobs and notify them of any material shortages.
- Line Replenishment: Move product to the production floor in a timely manner to reduce downtime. Perform regular "milk-man runs" throughout the day to ensure floorstock bins are adequately replenished.
- Shipping Backup: Support the shipping department as needed by assisting with the packaging and shipping process during peak times or absences.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least two years of related experience in a warehouse or manufacturing inventory role is required.

- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to research inventory discrepancies and verify material locations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with production and shipping teams.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds consistently.
Our Mission: Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.
