Job Description
We are currently seeking reliable and professional Lobby Attendants to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. We have a part-time position available.
Available Shifts:
Part Time ONLY
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay rate: $16 USD/hr
Hours may vary based on building needs.
Responsibilities
Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Monitor lobby activity and maintain a welcoming environment
Assist residents with basic inquiries and building-related needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules
Experience working in residential buildings is a plus
