Facilities Custodian - Evenings

About the Position

Power Design is seeking a dependable Evening Custodian to help maintain our corporate campus and create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and guests. This position works independently and as part of a team to support the day-to-day appearance and cleanliness of our facilities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout office buildings, common areas, break rooms, restrooms, and other campus facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility.
• Clean and stock restrooms, break rooms, and other common spaces.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist with moving furniture, event setup, and other general facilities support as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
• Support a safe and organized work environment while following company policies and procedures.

Here's What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of commercial cleaning or custodial experience.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work a consistent evening schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
