Position Overview

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support operations in a warehouse environment specializing in metal fabrication. This role involves hands-on work with materials, assisting production processes, and ensuring accuracy when measuring, counting, and handling products.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot and physical environment and demonstrate strong basic math skills for measuring and inventory-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with handling, moving, and organizing metal materials
• Support production and fabrication processes as needed
• Measure, count, and verify materials accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures when working with metal and equipment
• Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned
• Must have experience using RF scanners

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Experience working with metal or in fabrication environment
• FORKLIFT AND OVER HEAD CRANE EXPERIENCE!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (may include heat, noise, etc.)
