The SPC Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting supply chain activities through accurate data entry, reporting, and process coordination. This position plays a key role in maintaining system integrity and helping ensure smooth procurement and inventory operations.
Key responsibilities include:

• Enter and maintain supply chain data with a high degree of accuracy
• Support procurement and inventory management processes
• Analyze and validate data to ensure consistency across systems
• Identify discrepancies and assist with problem resolution
• Utilize Excel to track, organize, and report on supply chain metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
• Proficiency in entering information into systems with a high level of precision
• Understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including procurement and inventory management
• Intermediate Excel skills (data entry, tracking, basic analysis)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work
• Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting and data analysis
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems
