The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent for a variety of professional and leadership-level roles. This position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to proactively identify and engage candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Build and maintain robust external talent networks across the U.S. and Canada to attract qualified candidates and develop pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to support recruitment strategies across key business functions
- Utilize recruiting tools and technologies (e.g., applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, job boards) to identify and engage top talent
- Conduct market research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve recruitment outcomes
- Provide market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Lead talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis to support workforce planning initiatives
- Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed prior to start)
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
- Experience recruiting for senior-level managers and director-level roles
- Strong experience using sourcing tools, recruiting technologies, and applicant tracking systems
- Proven ability to build relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders
- Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system
- Experience with recruiting data analytics and metrics
- Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions simultaneously
- Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset
