Join us as a Quality Assurance Training and Coordination (QATC) Program Manager!
We’re looking for a compassionate and inspiring person to manage a caseload of 10-15 individuals with developmental disabilities, by coordinating quality person centered care through quality training and coordinating of staff.
Employment Information
Location: Antelope Valley, Palmdale, Lancaster, & Surrounding Areas
Full-Time: $22-$24 / hour (DOE)
Mileage reimbursement
$10/month cell phone stipend

Your Responsibilities
Train Staff
Ensure Service Quality
Monitor Daily and Monthly documentation and timekeeping
Facilitate regular meetings with individuals and staff
Communicate with circles of support
Attend meetings with service coordinators
Maintain open communication with Regional Center and service coordinators
Cover open Shifts if necessary
Communicate with and monitor staff to ensure the quality of care and service we provide to participants

Job Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Has Management / Supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
Bilingual is a plus!
