Job Description
Evaluation Associate Position: NCCRS, a program of the University of the State of New York Board of Regents – Regents Research Fund, is seeking a dynamic, motivated person interested in joining our organization as an Evaluation Associate. In this full-time role (4 days/30 hours), the applicant will contribute to the success of an innovative, nationally recognized academic evaluation service linking workplace and nontraditional learning to college credit. Weekday schedule, partial telecommute, and some travel is required. Candidates should have a valid passport and New York State Driver’s License. The NCCRS office is located in downtown Albany, NY.
Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required, a Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred; four years of experience in a higher education setting preferred with working knowledge of assessment, curriculum development, and education policy; ability to interact with high-level decision makers in private industry, institutions, corporations and government organizations required; understanding of nontraditional pathways to degree completion and sensitivity to the needs of adult learners and nontraditional students necessary. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
