Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator


Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM


Do to a retirement, we are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily business operations.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and office staff
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist with rent collection and payment processing
  • Answer and direct incoming calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Manage filing, mail distribution, data entry, and general office duties
  • Follow up on customer and tenant inquiries as needed


Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, bookkeeping, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with accounting or property management software is a plus
