Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my loved one in their 20s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
