About who needs care: Congestive heart failure and diabetes, just had a fall working on regaining strength to be fully independent again needs help with some transitions bathing , meal prep , discharging from rehab to early. About the care needs: Italian speaking would be great not a deal breaker Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
