Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I am having rotator cuff surgery mid-July. I live by myself and am looking into possible solutions for my needs - probably 1-2 weeks. I have 3 cats. About the care needs: Yes, it will be a recent surgery. Someone personable but not too outgoing - my apartment is usually pretty quiet. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
