Senior Caregiver

I'm looking for hands-on care for my husband in his 80s. Experience with Dementia/Alzheimers required. He is incontinent and has difficulty rolling over and sitting up. Weight approximately 155 lbs. I am not strong enough to turn him over by myself to sufficiently clean up his bowel movements and change his hospital bed. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Frequent visits of 1-2 hours to maintain hygience would optimal. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
