Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Baltimore. We would prefer someone who has experience with kids with autism, as they are both non verbal. We would always be present while you are with them, as (work from home) but we need someone who can help with feeding them lunch,/snacks, being attentive for play time and changing them as they are not potty trained just yet.
