Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Hello! I have an amazingly, smart baby girl. I am a business owner who runs a bar. I need help some nights with bedtime routine while I am at work. I am extremely particular with who cares for my child. As I used to be a nanny myself, as well as worked in a daycare, I've experienced and witnessed very disappointing things. It is a scary thing to put your child's wellbeing in a strangers hands. I say all that to say.... lol lol. I am looking for a reliable individual, with a great spirit. Someone who will care for my child as their own without over stepping.
