Childcare Needed

Looking for in home nanny that can be available 2 possibly 3 days weekly. I work Monday thru Friday and my wife is a day shift nurse. Will need 2 weekdays and possibly a weekend 2x a month. Expecting a baby boy in August so somebody familiar with working with infants s a plus! We plan to both go back to work come October. We would like to start the process early to ensure a great fit.
