Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Shipping & Receiving Clerk for an electronics manufacturer/distributor located in in the Irvine Spectrum area. This is a long-term Temporary position with possibility of growing to Temporary to Hire. Pay is $18-19/hr Hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, M-F, 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. Closed toed shoes/boots required.

Duties:

• Process shipping and receiving documents using NetSuite
• Picking, Packing, and Preparing domestic and international shipments using NetSuite
• Review and Inspect incoming materials and return to inventory
• Cycle counts or soft inventory counts
• Operator NetSuite and vendor systems
• Additional warehouse related duties, as assigned

Skills / Experience Required:

• Min 1 year Shipping & Receiving experience
• Experience with RF Smart Scanner is desired
• Experienced using NetSuite is highly preferred, but will consider candidates with other CRM experience
• Basic MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to their system and processes
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs
• Accurate Data Entry is required.
• Strong attention to detail is very important.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
